We've had Frigidaire units before and wanted to stay with Frigidaire. Our last one lasted 16 years. It was still running, just needed a tune up. But we saw this one on a Black Friday sale and couldn't resist. It's great. Quite, roomy and makes lots of ice. It has the crisper tray and all the shelves are fully adjustable. Really nice unit. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the fridge. The stainless-steel finish looks great in my kitchen and resists fingerprints. It keeps food fresh and cold specially the fruits and veggies. Ice maker is quiet and works fast, we never run out of ice. Overall, totally worth the money!

Had this fridge for a month, was fine up till last week. It started with a loud humming/droning noise that would come on just for a few minutes and then stop. Now that noise is constant and never shuts up. It is driving me absolutely insane. I have cleaned it out, I have emptied and turned off the ice maker, I have turned up the freezer temperature and absolutely nothing makes this sound improve. There is absolutely zero reason a basically brand new fridge should be having any issue at this point. What a gigantic piece of junk and waste of money. This fridge has completely turned me off from Fridgidaire. Will 100% never buy Fridgidaire again and wish I never did in the first place.

This fridge replaces the same style that gave me 12 good years. The style updates are impressive. The door handles are long and clean looking. The water dispenser is equally stylish. No fingerprints is huge with 7 grandchildren. The inside gives plenty of room for large containers on the main shelves as well 5 deep shelves in the door. I love the 3 deli/crisper drawers for keeping those items easy to find. I love the side by side fridge so I™™m not bending to look for frozen food in the freezer. I hope this fridge gives me many years of service.

My family really likes our new fridge. The only problem was that the ice machine stopped working after six months. The technician who came out said it is a common problem and he installed insulation on the water line to prevent it happening again. He told us they never install them on new fridges, even though they know it happens. Seems like an awful thing to do, but since it was under warranty it bothered me very little, just a bit of time for the tech to show up and fix it. We bought the extended warranty because now we aren™™t sure what might happen next since that issue occurred in a few months. Here™™s hoping it lasts as long as my old fridge did.

Our brand new side-by-side Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator is only 4 months old. The icemaker has completely stopped working and so far they have failed to show up for 2 service appointments! It is SO disappointing that the quality is no longer there on the appliances made today, yet they charge so much for their products. It is just so wrong that the customer is made to feel like they have to beg the company to get their brand new appliance serviced UNDER WARRANTY and that the company simply doesn't give a crap after they have gotten your money. Frigidaire used to be considered a very reliable brand. Those days are definitely gone for good. But unfortunately for them, these days we customers do still have some recourse and its called social media...

I like the design and features of this fridge, but it's too noisy! The motor is constantly running and although it's a low humming noise, it rarely stops. I have this in my basement so the temperature is pretty cool so I don't know why the motor constantly runs. I didn't think about the noise a refrigerator makes and if I had to do over, I wouldn't by a Frigidaire if all of them make a constant running noise.

The ice maker has gone out under warrenty, which is annoying, but the web site and customer service are bigger issues. Issue 1) when going through the request service form on the web site, it says select date and time. it doesnt matter what date date and time i select, it always says no slots available. I can go out 2 months and still the same issue. Issue 2) When i have to chat with the chat bot, the time estimates are WRONG. It always says 1-2 minutes waiting time. It was between 10-35 minutes every time. Give me a reasonable estimate of my wait time. And if it is long enough that my phone goes to sleep then im disconnected and it starts over.... 3) When i finally did get through to customer service, they said that The service provider will call you to confirm the scheduled date and time for their visit. Why do i have to work on their schedule? Why doesn't your select a convenient time and date work????

We had a Samsung that was notoriously bad for ice making and died literally the month the warranty expired, we couldn't use water or ice when one door was open. Side by side is more efficient. This fridge also fits it the actual dimensions unlike some others which leaves you in a tough spot.

My family really likes our new refrigerator. We have had it for a couple of weeks now and it works great. It™™s so quiet and bright. We like that the door doesn™™t swing open all the way but stops mid-way, so door items don™™t come falling out. Our last fridge slammed open and eventually the door broke. I like the smaller ice cubes and there is plenty of space for all our groceries. The deli drawer is a helpful bonus! Overall, we love it!

I like the deep shelves of the refrigerator. I like the small ice cubes. I wish the lower door trays on the refrigerator were as wide as the top tray. I dislike that there was no manual on how to work the door dispenser. The only manual included was how to install the refrigerator. There was no explanation of the 2 filters included in the owner's packet. In fact, I almost tossed them until I realized they were needed. I had to go on the the Internet to figure out what they were and where they went. In my crisper drawer, the filter holder is on the side, not the back. I did not find a video with a side filter holder. The filter pack does not fit this holder.

We would return this if we could. The sounds coming from the fridge/freezer are so loud. While it is constantly noisy, the sounds differ. It sounds like the thing is going to breakdown. We purchased the Gallery series because it was supposed to be a step better.

I purchased this from Lowe™™s in July 2022 and have had problems since day one. The doors don™™t line up, the freezer door pops open if the refrigerator door is closed too hard, the freezer glass shelf trim has never stayed on, food in the REFRIGERATOR freezes up if it™™s close to the freezer wall. I™™ve had repairmen come out. The first one told me not to slam the doors! I have children who are not expected to be ™gentle™ when opening and closing ANY doors in the house!! The second repairman was very helpful because I convinced him to add a wire shelf in an empty slot so that I can place heavy items on it and he added spacers to keep it tight. He ordered a replacement drawer because it got cracked from the shelf above it fell due to it falling off track. I had to wait for the parts to be delivered and I wasn™™t home when the third repairman came. He only installed the new drawer but it™™s still sliding off track. It doesn™™t appear that the tracks can support the weight of items placed on the glass shelf and inside the bin. I do not overload the shelves so that is not the reason they are falling off track. The track on the outer freezer walls seems fine but the track on the wall attached to the refrigerator side wall isn™™t stable. For the price I paid for this refrigerator, I wouldn™™t think there would this many issues in such a short amount of time. The extended warranty that I purchased at Lowe™™s has expired and the renewal offer cost almost as much as what I paid for the refrigerator. I would™™ve preferred wire shelves than dealing with the issues of these glass shelves. I am giving this 2 stars because the refrigerator is beautiful and spacious, but I would not recommend purchasing this until these design flaws are addressed.

During the first service visit, the technician only applied warm water to thaw the water-dispense spout, which was merely a temporary fix. Month later failed again. 2nd request I go no response. Will see how it goes on the 3rd service request.

Overall, the fridge is good. I keep the freezer at -18C and the fridge at 3C.However, be aware there is a problem with the top shelf and food freezing there. The vent is there and there is a warning not to block the vent. But, nearly all food that sits there get frozen. It doesn't make the shelf unusable, but be aware of what type of food you put there as bottles and jars are ok and fruit/vegetables are not.In addition, and this has been mentioned before, the shelves are not wide enough. If you actually use your fridge and keep food in it, at some point the shelf will slowly migrate to the left and will no longer sit on the support. Wile the shelf doesn't fall it is on an angle and needs to be repositioned. Clearly, a bad design and flaw.Finally, we've had the fridge for 11 months. The ice maker stopped working and it was repaired under warranty. The Frigidaire Refrigerator Valve,Water,Triple Solenoid (part # 5304538492) had to be replaced. I'm not happy that it failed so soon.

Overall an excellent refrigerator so far. Spacious and included a deli/cheese draw which was important to us. Unpacking the tape job during set up led to one of the freezer draws have some of the colored paint pulled off the draw handle from the tape adhesive. The draws could be more heavy duty too. Over all no big issues. Happy with our purchase it is running great. Thank you Frigidaire.

At initial power up the condenser fan was hitting the shroud. The delivery guys, and I tried a few things to prevent the fan from hitting the shroud without success. Ultimately, we just removed the two mounting bolts which allowed the shroud to be less compressed by the foam vibration isolators and the fan ran quietly and stablily mounted. I considered enlarging the mounting holes in the shroud so the bolts could be reinstalled with the fan in that position, but I haven™™t gotten around to it. It seems to be working well.
